Dr. Steve Weitzenkorn is an organizational adviser and strategy consultant, working closely with multinational corporations, local companies, educational institutions, and not-for-profits to elevate their success and formulate strategies employing pragmatic and future-oriented approaches. He has developed innovative and award-winning training programs for American and international companies. 

Steve is committed to helping people and organizations achieve their aspirations. He holds a Ph.D. in Human Learning and Organizational Behavior.  His experiential and discovery learning programs have received international recognition for innovation and effectiveness. Steve was the lead designer for the highly engaging simulation supporting Stephen M.R. Covey’s bestseller, The Speed of Trust.  Another of Steve’s training programs won the Henkel Award for Global HR Excellence.  He also received the William C. Byham Award for Innovation and Excellence in Training Technology.

Steve is a co-author of The Catalyst Effect: 12 Skills and Behaviors to Boost Your Impact and Elevate Team Performance. He has also written an historical novel, Shakespeare’s Conspirator, about Amelia Bassano Lanier, a Jewish woman who may have written many of Shakespeare’s plays.
